My professional journey started in the late 1990s in the international banking and finance industry; earning my spurs in investment banking before joining one of the leading global rating agencies and becoming a lead analyst for a portfolio of large-cap corporate clients.

From gaining in-depth knowledge about business, capital markets and corporate finance to learning how to lead others, developing successful relationships with C-Suite clients, successfully managing change, and effectively navigating through the disruptions of the financial crisis … these times were extremely intense, but also very rewarding.

YET, AFTER ALMOST 15 YEARS I FELT IT WAS TIME TO MOVE ON. 

Being an individual who’s passionate about helping others succeed and empowering organizations to cultivate a culture of self-leadership, I took a leap and tested my ability to navigate change by reinventing my career.

Within one month, I left the comfort and security of my corporate career to embrace the life and challenges of a entrepreneur while also steering the direction of a non-profit. I dived into the field of psychology, leadership and personal development and moved continents by relocating to bustling Shanghai, China, to venture into my new career.
Overall an immensely disruptive period, which taught me valuable lessons in leading oneself and thriving through change.
